1. Description:

Heat Treated/Thermal cleaning/Caramelized glass fabric is the process of removing organic matter from the woven glass fabric. The glass fiber yarn is dispersed with combustible textile type sizing, which helps to improve the weaving. After completing the glass fiber woven cloth and thermal cleaning process, the glass fiber cloth removes most of the combustible materials and is smokeless. At the same time, there is a singeing process when the glass fiber cloth is heat-treated, which reduces the fluffing of the fabric.
