1. Description:

High silica is a heat-resistant, soft inorganic fiber with SiO2 content above 96%. The material has excellent heat resistance properties, the softening point (Melting point) is close to 1700°C, the long-term use temperature is 900°C, it can work at 1450°C for 10 minutes, and it can maintain well at 1600°C for 15 seconds. It also has excellent properties such as high strength, easy processing, heat insulation, and ablation resistance.

Generally, it can produce silicone cloth with 92cm, 100cm, and 130cm width a roll length of 50 meters. JNHS-1100-100 is a heavy glass fiber cloth woven by 12HS, with a weight of 1110g/m2, so the fabric is smooth, shiny, and soft. At the same time, the glass fiber yarn has high strength and abrasion resistance.
