Jiangnan silicone-coated fiberglass cloth has good resistance to extreme temperatures, with operating temp ranging from -70°C to +260°C.

What is E-glass Fiberglass Yarn?

Alkali-free fiber: an alkali metal oxide content is less than 0.8%, which is an alumni Oboro silicate component. Its chemical stability, electrical insulation properties, and strength are very good. Mainly used as electrical insulation materials, glass fiber reinforced materials, and tire cords.

Double side silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made of glass fiber basic fabric and coated with 160g/m2 gray silicone on one side.
The fiberglass yarn of this silicone-coated fabric is ECG37 1/0 0.7Z yarn.Total weight is 590g/m2, 430g/m2+160g/m2 coating on single side.

The fiberglass cloth is 4HS Four-harness satin(crowfoot), this kind of structure is more pliable than the plain weave and easier to conform to curved surface typical in reinforced plastics. In this weave patter, there is a three-by-one interlacing, where a fill yarn floats over three warp yarns and under one.
