1. Description:

3784 PU Coated fiberglass cloth is a medium weight fiberglass fabric coated with a specially formulated polyurethane polymer on the surface to meet customer demands. The basic cloth of this PU coated fiberglass fabric is 850g/m2 woven fiberglass cloth in satin weaving type. The black Polyurethane coating is 50g/m2 per side. So the coated fiberglass fabric is 950gsm, thickness is 0.9mm. Fiberglass fabric is tear-resistant, high strength, durable and fire-resistant. The PU coating makes it a chemical resistant, electrical insulation, and abrasion-resistant material.

What is 8H Satin Weave Structure?

The eight harness satin is similar to the four harness satin. One weft yarn floats over seven warp yarns and under one. This is a flexible weave and a common application of this weave type is for forming over curved surfaces.
