1. Description:

3784 PU Coated fiberglass cloth is a medium weight fiberglass fabric coated with a specially formulated polyurethane polymer on the surface to meet customer demands. For coated fiberglass fabric, basic cloth can be 100g-1200g fiberglass fabric. Then coated with polyurethane or silicone on two sides as customers' requirements. The color of the coating fiberglass cloth can be white, black, grey, red, blue, etc. The total weight of this 850gsm basic fabric with the coating will be 920g/m2. The weave type of this fabric is satin weave. Width is 100cm, 127cm, 155cm usually. Fiberglass fabric is a stable structure woven fabric with fire resistance and chemical resistance properties. It will be coated with a different coated to achieve different demands.

What is 8H Satin Weave Structure?

The eight harness satin is similar to the four harness satin. One weft yarn floats over seven warp yarns and under one. This is a flexible weave and a common application of this weave type is for forming over curved surfaces.
